This page is home to links for important posts and pedagogies about teachers who identify as writers. The establishment and maintenance of Writing Teachers groups across NSW is an ongoing initiative of my research for the Premier’s English Teachers Association English Scholarship. Details of my study tour – blog posts, literature review and creative writing – can be found at Teachers as Writers.
Writing Teachers groups access free public spaces to meet and write, sharing words, phrases, prose and poetry. We reflect on our own writing aesthetics and consider the implications of our practice within our classrooms.
